Winemaking & Aging:

- Manual harvesting with total destemming, ensuring quality and precision

- Cold pre-fermentation maceration (3 days), followed by fermentation in concrete vats at 25–34°C for 15–20 days with gentle punch-downs

- Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels, including 15% new barrels, then blending and filtration on fine lees

• Nose: opulent, combining scents of rose flowers, noble woody notes, and white pepper
