Roederer , a name inseparable from the great Champagne houses and which leaves an indelible mark on haute cuisine, thanks to legendary bottles such as the Cristal cuvée. The imprint is also family, since Louis Roederer inherits from 1833 the Roederer Champagne house as it exists today. The Roederer leg consists of mastering the entire production process, from the vineyard to the cellar. Nowadays, the family retains its independence and carefully cultivates its vineyard of 420 plots, mostly Pinot Noir classified Grand Cru. The vineyard is now cultivated biodynamically, the wines are aged on lees and the production is of exemplary quality, from the simple generic cuvée to Cristal, everything is turned towards the highest quality. A well-deserved success ... and never challenged!
