Champagne Louis Roederer

Champagne Louis Roederer

Roederer, a name inseparable from the great Champagne houses and that leaves an indelible mark on haute cuisine, thanks to legendary bottles like the Cristal cuvée. The mark is also familial, as Louis Roederer inherited the Champagne House Roederer in 1833, the same as it exists today. The Roederer touch consists of mastering the entire production process, from the vineyard to the cellar. Today, the family maintains its independence and carefully cultivates its vineyard of 420 plots, mostly of Pinot Noir classified as Grand Cru. The vineyard is now cultivated using biodynamics, the wines are aged on lees, and the production is of exemplary quality, from the generic cuvée to Cristal, everything is geared towards the highest quality. A thoroughly deserved success... and never disputed!
