Armagnacs Darroze

Armagnacs Darroze

The Darroze house is one of the emblematic houses inseparable from the tradition of Armagnac in the southwest of France.
Its history began with the passion of Francis Darroze, who in the 1960s decided to combine his profession as a Landais restaurateur with his love for Armagnac.
His model is based on selecting the best eaux-de-vie from artisans and then carefully aging them without blending, all in small batches, similar to aging a wine vintage. Since then, the success of Maison Darroze has never waned, and the family continues to age their Armagnacs in their cellars in Rochefort and Labastide d'Armagnac. Around thirty partner domains contribute to this success, providing their best lots according to the specifications set by Marc Darroze, Francis's son. The range is highly diverse, with almost parcel-by-parcel selection and lengthy aging making Darroze Armagnacs a true flagship of French gastronomy.
