Château d'Estoublon

Located in the heart of Provence, nestled on the southern slope of the Alpilles, the Domaine d’Estoublon is a place steeped in history, rich in the Roman heritage that characterizes this sun-drenched region. Since its foundation in 1489, the Château d’Estoublon has been dedicated to the pursuit of excellence, honoring an ancestral tradition in the production of exceptional olive oils and wines.

This exceptional estate extends in a privileged natural setting where time seems to stand still, allowing the olive trees and vines to flourish under the ideal Mediterranean climate of Les Baux-de-Provence. The vineyard covers 17 hectares, cultivated using environmentally friendly organic farming practices and benefiting from the protected designation of origin (AOP) Baux-de-Provence. Typical grape varieties of the region such as Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre for reds, as well as Marsanne and Roussanne for whites, are carefully grown to express the full richness and diversity of the terroir.

These varieties, true symbols of Provençal viticulture, are chosen for their ability to convey the subtle and complex nuances of this unique soil, harmoniously combining aromatic complexity with distinctive freshness. Each grape variety is treated to reflect its purest expression, resulting in wines that capture the essence of the Provençal landscape.
