This prestigious vineyard spans 26 hectares of Gigondas AOC, surrounding iconic places like Jasio, La Colline, and Le Plateau. The richness of its terroirs, from limestone marls to fine sands, gives rise to wines of deep and rare elegance. The Grenache noir dominates the plantings, harmoniously complemented by Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault. The old vines, over 50 years old, produce limited yields, ensuring exceptional quality.

Committed to organic and biodynamic agriculture, Domaine des Bosquets favors natural methods, banning chemical inputs. The harvest is done by hand, with rigorous sorting to keep only the best grapes. Since 1995, a circular and gravity-fed vat room allows for precise micro-vinification, respecting the grape's integrity. The diversity of the cuvées, from traditional blends to confidential single-vineyard wines, reflects the uniqueness of each terroir. The wines benefit from extended aging in barrels and large oak casks, allowing for subtle refinement and a pure expression of the terroirs. They are then stored for several months in the cellars before being released, offering wines ready to be enjoyed.
