The Domaine Foradori is a figure of Italian organic viticulture. Founded in 1901, this 26ha institution has always retained its family spirit, highlighting a superb wine region: Alto Adige. A mountainous region in the far north of Italy that is nicknamed South Tyrol. A very talented winemaker was able to place the estate at the top: Elisabetta Foradori. At the head of the estate since the 80s, she has been totally involved in bringing up to date indigenous grape varieties such as terodelgo. To better sublimate them, Elisabeta introduced biodynamics in the 90s throughout the vineyard. In the cellar, the key word is patience, gentleness and very little intervention. The wines thus see very little sulfur and aging in amphora are set up. The wines are lively and vibrant, each cuvée has its own identity, unique flavors and textures make Foradori a marvel of the Italian wine landscape.
