A vineyard of 12 ha including 9.5ha of Chardonnay in Avize, Oger, Cramant and Oiry - Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs. Pascal Agrapart chisels the facets of the same diamond with crystalline wines that define its state.
His tools are presses, vats and barrels with which he tells a story that evokes magical plots.
