Jéroboam rosé Studio Miraval IGP Méditerranée 2024
The Jéroboam Rosé Studio by Miraval 2024 embodies the elegance of a modern Provencal rosé, driven by an artistic spirit and a commitment to quality. This large format is ideal for enhancing festive moments and large gatherings, combining refinement, freshness, and uniqueness.
Coming from the sun-soaked vineyards of Provence, the 2024 vintage benefits from the Indication Géographique Protégée Méditerranée. The plots, located in Correns – the first 100% organic village in France – rest on clay-limestone soils that give the wine a subtle mineral quality. The omnipresent maritime influence brings freshness and finesse to the berries, while salty breezes define the wine's identity.
This harmonious rosé is a careful blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle (Vermentino), and Tibouren, iconic grape varieties of the south. Harvested in the early hours of the day to preserve the grapes' aromatic freshness, the winemaking process is equally meticulous: direct pressing, fermentation in stainless steel or tulip-shaped concrete tanks depending on the grape variety, and light stirring on fine lees for a fuller texture.
The Studio Miraval 2024 stands out with its very pale color, delicate pearly reflections. On the nose, it reveals precise and seductive aromas of fresh red berries, pink grapefruit, and citrus fruits. Floral hints like cherry blossom or violet enrich a subtly nuanced bouquet.
The palate is fresh, juicy, and airy, showcasing the citrus liveliness, the roundness of red fruits, and a fine saline thread that extends the tasting experience. The balance between tension and indulgence gives this rosé a refined profile, full of energy and precision.
Perfect as an aperitif, this rosé shines when paired with seafood, grilled fish, summer salads with citrus, or lightly spiced Mediterranean dishes. It also pairs beautifully with red fruit desserts or fresh cheeses.
A prestigious bottle for special occasions
Presented in a Jéroboam format (3 L), this Studio Miraval 2024 also stands out for its aesthetics: an elegant bottle adorned with a label inspired by the music world – a nod to the famous Miraval recording studios – adding an artistic dimension to the tasting experience.
