Chavost Champagnes is above all the incredible transformation of a house that was originally founded in 1946 via the association of several winegrowers from Chavot-Courtourt, a village in the Marne Valley, south of Epernay. A classic cooperative model that makes it possible to pool forces, secure supplies and optimize commercial presence. The 180-degree turn takes place in 2019 with the arrival of Fabian Chavost, a young cellar master who has rolled his hump around the world. He believes from the beginning in the development of natural brut champagne without added sulfur, something extremely rare or even impossible to find in Champagne, what is more in a cooperative generally well standardized. The success is not long in coming and the 20,000 produced during the 2020 vintage are being snapped up.
