Domaine De Suremain

Loic De Suremain comes from a long line of winemakers established at Château de Bourgneuf, on the edge of Mercurey.
Passionate and skilled hunter, Loic is a man of the land who approaches his job with all the necessary peasant common sense: a lot of work in the vineyard, a reasoned approach, all with the sole objective of harvesting healthy, ripe grapes in controlled quantities. The work in the winery is a continuation, with sorting and destemming of the grapes, maceration in wooden vats, temperature control, and then careful aging in oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months, in the estate's cellars.
