Château Palmer

Château Palmer

Château Palmer is a third grand cru classé of Margaux whose reputation is second to none. If Palmer is recognized worldwide, he owes it in large part to Charles Palmer, an officer of the British Empire who bought the castle in 1843 and undertook large-scale work. Palmer is now owned by two Bordeaux families that have long been established in the great Bordeaux wines: the Mahler-Besse and the Sichel. These families spare no effort to perpetuate the Palmer myth. A Margaux all velvet and eloquence, with a high proportion of Merlot. Note that the wines have been certified biodynamic since 2018, a feat for this vineyard of 66 ha entirely focused on very high quality.
