Champagne Deutz, an emblematic champagne house, is based in Ay, the birthplace of Pinot Noir in the Marne Valley. The grapes are rigorously selected from Verzenay, Mailly, and Mareuil sur Ay.

A historic house, Champagne Deutz built its reputation in the 19th century through iconic cuvées: Classic Brut, Brut Rosé, vintage, Blanc de Blancs, William Deutz, Amour de Deutz. The winemaking is traditional, without any woody influence, with a focus on maintaining purity and aromatic freshness.
