Domaine Rollin Père & Fils: tradition, passion and exceptional terroirs in Burgundy

Located in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, in Auxey-Duresses, Domaine Rollin Père & Fils has embodied for four generations the authenticity and rigor of Burgundian winemaking. With 12 hectares of vineyards spread across five emblematic communes (Aloxe-Corton, Pernand-Vergelesses, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Beaune, and of course Auxey-Duresses), this family estate combines tradition, respect for the terroir, and oenological precision.

A family estate rooted in history

It all began in the 1950s with Maurice Rollin, the founder of the estate. His son Rémi structured and developed the business in the following decades, before Simon Rollin - representing the fourth generation - brings his contemporary vision today, while respecting the estate's DNA: artisanal excellence and the pure expression of the climates.

Sustainable and demanding viticulture

The vineyard is cultivated with the utmost respect for the environment. The estate is HVE (High Environmental Value) certified and is committed to sustainable viticulture: soil work, manual harvesting, bud removal, leaf thinning, and yield control ensure healthy and ripe grapes, essential for crafting characterful wines.

Precise and non-interventionist winemaking

Each plot is vinified separately to reveal the uniqueness of each terroir. The vinifications are natural, without added yeasts, and the aging process takes place in French oak barrels sparingly (little new wood) to preserve the freshness and finesse of the aromas. The goal is clear: to sincerely express the typicity of Burgundian climates, between elegance, balance, and depth.
