Château Le Puy

In Saint-Cibard, in the Libourne region, on the sidelines of the great Bordeaux trade, the Amoreau family, under the leadership of Jean-Pierre, cultivates with passion and commitment this beautiful estate Le Puy created in 1670. Biodynamics is practiced there as an extension of what Jean-Pierre's ancestors were already doing. Since the 90s, Jean-Pierre and Pascal have been developing a rigorous method to avoid sulphiting, yeasting or chaptalizing and thus obtain, as they like to say, "an original expression of the terroir".
Domaine Le Puy is an exception in the Bordeaux region.
