Magnums of White Wines from Provence

Although representing a very small part of the local wine production, white wines from Provence can be delicious. Often made from Rolle (another name for the Italian vermentino), grenache blanc, clairette, or ugni blanc, these wines are light and delicate when they come from vineyards located at slightly higher altitudes or near the sea.
