Alambic Bourguignon

The alambic bourguignon is a distillery launched in 2019 by Mathieu Sabbagh, a spirits enthusiast of all kinds. After a first career in the alcohol & spirits trade, Mathieu found in 2019 the opportunity to buy a historic distillery in Burgundy, that of the Pigneret family. From then on, he endeavoured to revive the business and perpetuate the great tradition of itinerant distillers. With its HQ based in Beaune, the alambic bourguignon source of the most beautiful lees and marcs for the winegrowers of the region. To do so, the teams of the Alambic travel from November to the villages of the region to distill on site the finest raw materials. Beyond the traditional fine and marc of Burgundy, Mathieu Sabbagh produces locally a Gin and a Pear that meet a great success!
