The Pierre & Gaston Ravaut estate is a historical reference of the village of Ladoix-Serrigny, an appellation north of the Côte de Beaune, at the foot of the Corton hill. The family has been producing wine there since 1920, with the sixth generation now working alongside his father Gaston.
A domain still entirely family, the vines and wines are managed by the family, 12.5 ha ideally located on Ladoix, Aloxe-Corton, Corton, with a large majority of red wines.
The wines are classic in profile, on the finesse and elegance of Pinot Noir. The grapes are destemmed and aged in oak barrels. We find many of the classic aromas of Pinot Noir, on red fruits, peony and light creamy toast. Fine, balanced wines that will delight as many people as possible.
