The Domaine de Triennes was discovered at the end of 1989, a property named at the time "Le Logis de Nans", located in the Var on a hillside leaning against the Aurelian Mountains in Nans-les-Pins 30 kilometers from the Mediterranean.
The vineyard of Triennes contains forty-six hectares and enjoys an ideal microclimate. It is due south at an altitude of 350 to 400 m.
It was renamed "Triennes" in honor of the Triennia, bacchanalia that took place every three years under the Roman Empire. The prefix "tri-" recalls the three original partner-owners.
The Rosé de Triennes is an authentic Rosé from the South of France, its aromatic nose of red berries, with a round and elegant mouth.
An immediate fresh pleasure of balanced harmony. Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Merlot are the allies of this original blend.
Faced with an ever-increasing demand worldwide, we supplement our production by purchasing grapes from neighbouring winegrowers with a terroir identity similar to ours with whom we have permanent purchase contracts.
