Laura Aillaud is the story of a passionate sommelier turned talented winemaker who puts the Luberon back on the front of the stage! It was in 2017 that the turn took place, Laura settling at the Tour d'Aigues, at the foot of the Luberon mountains (on the border between Provence and the Rhône Valley).
She starts by renting vines and vinifying in a shed, working hard to finally obtain 5ha of vines that she works in organic method taking great care of the soil. In the winery, the approach is natural, indigenous yeasts, no inputs, minimum dose of sulfur.
Its wines quickly became a great success, thanks to their freedom of expression, their aromatic originality and their airy, juicy, fragrant appearance... Rare wines, but so good!
