This magnum of Vin de France Long Courrier 2021 from Laura Aillaud is a magnificent natural wine from Luberon crafted by the talented neo-winemaker Laura Aillaud, who has been established since 2017.

This cuvée is the result of her work and talent, a subtle blend of Ugni blanc, Vermentino, and Clairette. To preserve all the freshness of this cuvée, the blend is aged in tanks for a year without any additives. The nose is beautiful, aromatic and elegant, with notes of candied lemon, white flowers, honeysuckle, and acacia. The palate is in the same line, aromatic and flavorful, with yellow fruits mingling with a hint of iodine and saltiness.
