Domaine De L'Enclos

The Domaine de l'Enclos is relatively recent in the Chablis wine heritage. It was created in 2016 by the two brothers (Romain and Damien Bouchard) who wanted to produce their own wines after the sale of the trading business founded by their father, Pascal Bouchard. The 29 hectares taken over by the two brothers were immediately converted to organic agriculture, and a magnificent winery was built in the heart of Chablis.
The Domaine de l'Enclos vinifies grapes with indigenous yeasts, with no additives except for a minimum amount of sulphur after pressing. The wines display generous, flavorful, and ripe profiles, while retaining the underlying minerality of Chablis terroirs. A rising star in Chablis, all in organic production!
