The grapes come from beautiful terroirs in Ay, in the Côte des Blancs region (Chouilly, Mesnil sur Orger, Ay). The nose is delicate, with notes of white fruits and a subtle hint of citrus. The palate is delicate and the bubbles are fine. Notes of orange zest blend wonderfully with notes of yellow fruits (apricot, white peach).
