Since the late 80s, Marie-Thérèse Chappaz has developed over the years a unique model of viticulture. A graduate of the Swiss oenology school in Changins, where she worked for six years, she patiently reconstructed, plot by plot, the fragmented vineyard of her great-uncle.
The Liaudisaz cellar has 8.5 hectares of very fragmented vineyards, 5.5 of which are on this famous hillside overlooking the high Rhône valley. The vines, on a hillside at an altitude of 450 to 600 meters, are worked by hand.
