Domaine Bornard

Domaine Bornard

Philippe Bornard is an authentic enthusiast of the vine and its region, the Jura is more particularly Pupillin.
A historic place where Philippe Bornard began his wine journey in 1975, at the village fruit farm.
It was only thirty years later that he decided with his wife Annie to create his own Domaine. The wines quickly became a great success and often proved impossible to find.
Continuity is ensured today with his son Tony, who kept the famous red fox as the totem of the Domaine, while developing the activity with wines under his own name (Tony Bornard).
The Domaine Bornard now reaches 11 hectares bringing together the five grape varieties of the Jura (Chardonnay, Savagnin, Poulsard, Pinot Noir, Trousseau) as well as the red-tailed melon, autochthonous Jura, rare but wonderful cousin of Chardonnay.
