For five generations, the Domaine Hubert Lignier has been established on some of the most beautiful terroirs of the Côte de Nuits, namely Morey-Saint-Denis, Chambolle-Musigny, and Gevrey-Chambertin.
Today, it is the father-son duo of Hubert and Laurent who cultivate 9 hectares of vineyards. The vineyards are plowed, excluding any herbicides, and the winemaking methods are minimally interventionist, with the quality of the fruit being the essential basis for crafting a quality wine that combines elegance and freshness.
