The safe bet of Irancy for crunchy and tasty juices!
Located southwest of Chablis, on marly and limestone soils, Irancy is not the most publicized appellation in Burgundy, but its terroir and potential are impressive for those who know how to exploit it.
This is the case of the Richoux family, an emblematic family of the village since 1620. Since 2010, the Richoux family has converted their 21 hectares to organic farming, working the soils and limiting treatments to harvest grapes in perfect health. The wines display juicy, crunchy, sappy profiles and optimal maturity.
Thierry Richoux's children, Gabin and Félix, recently took over the reins and strive to further refine the profile of the wines. We were amazed by the latest vintages, a must-(re)discover!
