The safe bet of Irancy for crunchy and gourmet juices!
Located southwest of Chablis, on marl and limestone soils, Irancy is not the most publicized appellation in Burgundy, but its terroir and potential is impressive for those who know how to exploit it.
This is the case of the Richoux family, an emblematic family of the village since 1620. Since 2010 the Richoux have spent their 21ha in organic farming, working the soil and limiting treatments to harvest grapes in perfect health. The wines display juicy, crunchy, dry profiles and optimal maturity.
Thierry Richoux's children, Gabin and Félix, recently took up the torch and are striving to further refine the profile of the wines. We were amazed by the last vintages, to (re)discover urgently!
