Domaine Partagé Berlioz

Domaine Partagé Berlioz

Gilles Berlioz, a former landscaper, launched his wine adventure in 1990 with his wife Christine. Curious and humble, this passionate couple worked hard to place their Domaine among the best in Savoie. Organic certification arrived in 2002 and quickly the couple embraced biodynamics. Their vineyard of 6ha is located in Chignin, in the Beauges massif, on steep slopes at 300-400m altitude. The vines are cultivated by hand and on horseback.

In 2016, Christine and Gilles changed the name of their estate to "Domaine Partage", recalling the dimension of sharing, mutual aid and friendship that wine has provided for centuries. At the winery, the grapes are pressed gently and for a long time, then aged in different containers, especially concrete eggs. The wines display a lot of charm, drinkability, joie de vivre. An ode to life, happiness in the glass!
