Vincent Couche is first and foremost a name affiliated with organic farming in Champagne: where many consider that it is impossible to grow organic vines in Champagne because of its cold and rainy climate, Vincent Couche was one of the first to prove the opposite, being certified biodynamic in 2008. He cultivates 15 ha of vines in the heart of the Côté des Bar, in the Aube, near the village of Buxeuil. Vincent wants to deliver balanced and authentic Champagnes, with the minimum of intervention. Most of its champagnes are vinified without sulfur, unfiltered, all in the service of pure and harmonious champagnes.
