Vincent Couche is first and foremost a name associated with organic culture in Champagne: where many consider it impossible to cultivate vineyards organically in Champagne due to its cold and rainy climate, Vincent Couche was one of the first to prove otherwise, being certified in biodynamics as early as 2008. He cultivates 15 hectares of vineyards in the heart of the Côte des Bar, in the Aube region, near the village of Buxeuil. Vincent aims to deliver balanced and authentic Champagnes with minimal intervention. Most of his Champagnes are vinified without sulfur, unfiltered, all in the service of pure and harmonious Champagnes.
