Coming from a small family parcel located in Meursault but classified in Pommard AOC, this organic Pinot Noir with no added sulfites is vinified with the utmost respect for the fruit, resulting in a deep, refined red wine crafted for long aging.

A confidential terroir, a committed vinification

The Clos des Roses is an intimate enclosed vineyard with rich clay and limestone soils, ideally exposed to produce characterful Pinot Noirs. Managed in certified organic agriculture, the estate hand-harvests healthy grapes, naturally vinified: no additives, no added sulfur, no fining or filtration.

The 2022 vintage, both sunny and balanced, reveals a dense material, structured by ripe and fine tannins, carried by a pure black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry), with notes of spices, scrubland, and undergrowth.

Jéroboam: a rare format for exceptional aging

The Jéroboam (3L) enhances natural winemaking: slow evolution, controlled oxygenation, remarkable aging potential (up to 20 years).
