This 2022 champtoisé dry chenin jeroboam from Domaine Serol is a recent vintage in the work of Stéphane Sérol (first vintage in 2020) from a densely planted plot. Vinified in 500L casks, amphora, and concrete tanks, this Chenin already displays beauty, with a floral, delicate, and elegant aroma of white fruits. The palate is pulpy, with a dense and charming structure, ripe and fruity fruit. The finish is finely saline. An excellent discovery to glimpse another vision of Chenin on granitic soil!
