This Jéroboam de Givry 1er Cru Clos du Cellier aux Moines 2017 du Cellier aux Moines comes from a historic plot of Givry identified for centuries by Cistercian monks as one of the jewels of the Burgundy vineyard, magnificently facing south, below the cellar aux moines (built around 1130). The vines of the Cellier are exploited biodynamically and the grapes are partially destemmed and then vatted almost intact to preserve all their aromatic and taste potential. Ageing is done in oak barrels for 18 months.

This 2017 is harmonious and perfectly balanced, opening with aromas of red berries, plums, rose petals and aromatic herbs. The palate is enveloping and pure, we ask especially on this magnificent format of 3 liters!
