This cuvée offers a fresh and mineral profile, with ripe black fruits, a spicy and mineral hint, all framed by floral notes. The palate is generous, reflecting the Gamay Saint Romain grape variety that provides mineral tension and indulgence. A cuvée with great aging potential, between 4 and 5 years, and even longer given this XXL format!
