This Emilien 2019 opens with freshness and aromatic purity, with notes of raspberry, elderberry, cranberry, and sweet spices. The wine envelops the palate with great naturalness, without any excess of alcohol or tannins. Candied fruits join the dance on the finish, a devilishly digestible wine that makes us forget the often boring standards of Bordeaux!
