Je ne doute pas de l’éfficacité du système coravin sur la conservation longue durée d’une bouteille après avoir débité une partie de son contenu. Toutefois, l’expérience réalisée avec un Hermitage De loche que je connais très bien, j’ai pu constater une différence sensible dans la dégustation entre une bouteille ouverte de façon traditionnelle et une bouteille ouverte avec coravin
