Magnum Pinot Blanc Sand 2020 Domaine Barmes Buecher
The new Alsatian wave for fresh and sapid wines!

Alsace is a rather unique region in its wine organization compared to other French regions. Here, it is primarily the grape variety that is highlighted. You will be able to choose between Sylvaner, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Muscat or Pinot Blanc. You can also choose wines with very different levels of residual sugars ranging from very dry wines to the selection of noble grains real syrupy nectars through wines from late harvest.
This emphasis on varietal wines has not necessarily always been a source of quality. And for the past ten years, Alsace has once again put its terroirs in the spotlight. It is indeed rich in 51 grands crus that can give wines of great finesse and elegance. It is thanks in particular to the determination and stubbornness of Marcel Deiss, who has long advocated the primacy of terroirs over grape varieties and praises the merits of complantation (planting several different grape varieties on the same plot which are then vinified together), that Alsatian winegrowers are once again committed through their work to make their beautiful terroirs shine.
In addition to the undeniable qualities of the great Alsatian white wines, it must be recognized that a magnum from Alsace is a magnificent and impressive object by its height. To offer a magnum of Alsace is to be sure not to go unnoticed!
