This magnum of Saint-Romain "Sous le Château" 2019 from Domaine Bohrmann is a very nice Chardonnay, representative of the wines of St Romain, a magnificent village perched in the south of the Côte de Beaune. Sofie Bohrmann cultivates fifty-year-old Chardonnay vines there. This cuvée, aged for 12 months in oak barrels, will certainly please a large number of people. The natural acidity of this high-altitude climate combines with the perfect ripeness of the grapes grown by the estate, bringing a creamy texture and fruity indulgence. A versatile Saint Romain to open at any time!
