This mythical Alsace estate has found new life with the arrival of Andre Ostertag's son (pioneer of the estate's style), Arthur, in 2018 - his first solo vintage. After a stint at Domaine des Comtes Lafon in Meursault, he refined and intensified the approach instilled by his father. The result of twenty years of biodynamic vineyard work, coupled with precise and pure winemaking.

This Magnum of Pinot Gris Zellberg from the Ostertag estate is a powerful and intense wine, with great volume and plenty of texture. Orchard fruits (apple, pear, quince) blend wonderfully with the grape's characteristics, such as grey pepper, spices, and licorice. A very beautiful wine that enhances Pinot Gris. Great aging potential and a magnificent dining companion.
