This Jeroboam (3 Liters!) of white Viré-Clessé Quintaine 2022 from Domaine Guillemot Michel is the Domain's flagship wine (this cuvée has existed since 1985!), the one that has made and continues to make the Domain's reputation among true wine lovers around the world. The grapes are harvested at very good ripeness and then vinified in concrete tanks, without any woody notes. The result is a floral Chardonnay, with notes of white flowers, hawthorn, and acacia. This wine is all about harmony, oscillating between white flowers and fruits (vineyard peaches), all supported by a saline acidity and mouth-watering dry extracts. This 2022 vintage is on a beautiful mineral and gourmet frame, with white fruits, citrus, and hawthorn. A very beautiful bottle that will delight everyone!
