Vinified and aged in concrete egg on lees for 12 months and then 6 months in stainless steel tank, this wine is the result of a very non-interventionist approach. Let the wine express itself without excessive sulfur or manipulation. Unfiltered, the aromatic profile of this wine offers a vibrant and energetic vision of Chardonnay. A pure, airy, and wildly enjoyable juice, with notes of white flowers, nuts, and a refreshing oxidative patina.
