This magnum of Clos Moulin Chartrie AOP Muscadet Sevre et Maine 2019 from Domaine Bonnet Huteau comes from a soil composed of Orthogneiss rocks, a typical terroir of Muscadet. Made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne grapes certified biodynamic, this wine offers a powerful and mineral Muscadet character, with a subtle combination of white and dried fruits, all on a pleasant velvety and creamy texture. The grapes are hand-picked and vinified with natural yeasts. The aging process is done on lees without any influence of wood. A pure and sincere Muscadet, to be enjoyed with fish, seafood, or appetizers.
