This magnum of brut crémant Les Terroirs from Maison Picamelot is the perfect introduction to the house style, with fine and light bubbles, all on a fruity and vinous profile. The Burgundy terroirs are well represented, thanks to the origin of the grapes (Côte Chalonnaise, Côtes de Nuits, Côtes de Beaune) and the subtle blend of the three emblematic Burgundy grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Aligoté). The traditional method is strictly applied here to produce this brut Crémant Les Terroirs. On the palate, there are similar markers to Champagne, combining white flowers, brioche bread, frangipane, and citrus fruits. An alliance between vinous character and delicious bubbles that will be perfect as an aperitif.
