This magnum of Chablis 2022 from the house of Joseph Drouhin comes from the imprint of the Drouhin family, a Beaune trading family, in the Chablis region, dating back to the 1970s, during a wine crisis. Robert Drouhin established an exceptional family vineyard in this appellation in northern Burgundy. Every year, this Chablis perfectly reflects what Chablis enthusiasts are looking for: minerality, aromatic freshness, and the natural elegance of Chardonnay on these unique Kimmeridgian rock soils. This Chablis 2022 is a dry and fruity wine, easy to drink at any time! On the palate, fresh notes of citrus (lemon, grapefruit), fern, fresh herbs, and coriander emerge. It all concludes with a refreshing mineral and iodized note. The natural acidity of this northern climate pairs wonderfully with the sunny aspect of the 2022 vintage, bringing a delicious touch to the whole.
