  This magnum of Coteaux d'Aix en Provence from Château Vignelaure is a blend of Grenache (30%), Syrah (30%), Cabernet Sauvignon (25%), and Rolle (15%), a pure gastronomic rosé. The nose is intense, with tangy red fruits (wild strawberry, raspberry), vineyard peaches, and rose. The palate is balanced and velvety, without excessive acidity or heaviness. On the contrary, it is smooth and digestible, with notes of white fruits, spices, and mint.
