This magnum of Hospices de Nuits Saint Georges 1st growth "Les Vignerondes" 2021 from the Domaine Pierre-Olivier Garcia was aged and bottled by Pierre-Olivier Garcia, a very talented young winemaker from Nuits Saint Georges, producing limited edition cuvées that have already been acclaimed by critics and knowledgeable enthusiasts.

Pierre-Olivier, a native of Nuits St Georges, showcases here a very fine cuvée from the Hospices de Nuits, hospices that may be less publicized than the famous Hospices de Beaune, but whose rise in quality over the past vintages is impressive!

A magnificent hand-waxed magnum format, delivering fresh and deep notes of sweet spices, ripe blackberries, blackcurrants, licorice, and timut pepper. A truly enjoyable wine that we appreciate for its serious texture while offering crisp fruit. Plus, it has a nice aging potential!
