Magnum Morgon Corcelette - Domaine Grégoire Hoppenot
This magnum of Morgon Corcelette 2021 from Grégoire Hoppenot is one of our recent favorites in Beaujolais! A quick success (discovery of the year 2021 by La Revue du Vin de France) that is far from being a coincidence, as Grégoire Hoppenot has proven himself with great wineries such as Chermette and Chapoutier. The Corcelette climate is often cited among the most qualitative terroirs of Morgon, the most sought-after cru in Beaujolais. Fermented with whole grapes, this Morgon Corcelette 2021 is already harmonious and very enjoyable, with notes of red berries, plum, sweet spices on a silky and fine texture. A beautiful underlying minerality frames this Gamay with great freshness and purity. To be enjoyed at any time!
