Magnum Rosé Ott Bandol Château de Romassan 2024 - 1.5L
The Château de Romassan Rosé 2024 embodies the quintessence of Ott's style in the Bandol appellation, combining power, refinement, and complexity. Coming from the prestigious limestone terroir of the Bandol valley, this wine is an ode to authentic Provence, shaped by the sun, the mistral, and the sea.
This 2024 vintage is distinguished by a bright, pale robe with salmon reflections, typical of Bandol. The elegance is immediate on the nose: aromas of white peach, fresh mango, citrus, and flowers subtly intertwine. In the mouth, the texture is ample, silky, and structured. The natural freshness of the terroir blends perfectly with a saline minerality and a lingering, delicate finish.
This rosé is mainly made from Mourvèdre, a noble and emblematic grape of Bandol, combined with Cinsault and Grenache to bring elegance and suppleness. Each bunch is handpicked and then vinified according to the traditional methods of Domaines Ott*, with special attention to the purity of the fruit and the expression of the soil.
Ideal for pairing with Mediterranean dishes, grilled fish, white meats, or cuisine with exotic flavors, this 1.5L Magnum is perfect for large gatherings and special occasions.
