Located in the heart of the Mâconnais vineyard, in the south of Burgundy, Vinzelles is home to the La Soufrandière estate. The Bret brothers have reinvested the house of their grandparents to create their winery. In addition to their organic and high-end wine trading activity (Bret Brothers), they passionately cultivate their own vineyard at La Soufrandière. Biodynamics, old vines, thoughtful soil work... everything is done by Jean-Philippe and Jean-Guillaume to produce each year high-class wines, with a true taste typicity.

This Magnum of Saint Véran La Bonnode, an Ovoid cuvée from the La Soufrandière estate, is an atypical and unique wine. Vinified and aged in concrete egg on lees for 12 months, then 6 months in stainless steel tank, this wine is the result of a minimalist approach. Let the wine express itself without excessive sulfur or manipulation. Unfiltered, the aromatic profile of this wine offers a vibrant and energetic vision of Chardonnay. A pure, airy, and incredibly enjoyable juice, with notes of white flowers, nuts, and a refreshing oxidative patina.

For what occasion? Tuna tataki, chicken, or tonkatsu pork. This wine can also be enjoyed on its own, at any time of the day!
