Magnum of white Hermitage Prisme from the Julien Pilon estate.
This magnum of Hermitage white Prisme 2021 from Julien Pilon is an iconic cuvée in the Julien Pilon range. Rare and mythical, these vines are planted in stakes, in the lieu-dit "Maison Blanche", a terroir of Loess exposed to the southeast. This Hermitage, aged for 16 months in 500-liter barrels, is made from 100% Marsanne grapes. The palate is bright and intense, with complex notes of white fruits, hawthorn, acacia, and white flowers. The length and amplitude of this wine are impressive, leaving us with a sense of overall harmony that commands respect and admiration. Great wine.
