Magnum Whisky The Unique Grain 43°
Michel Couvreur was a pioneer in aging Scottish whiskies in France in original containers (Sherry, Port, yellow wine...). Based in Burgundy as a wine merchant, he established his aging cellar in Bouze-les-Beaune, in a highly humid cellar. Michel Couvreur's creed, who passed away in 2013 but whose tradition continues thanks to his family and cellar master Jean-Arnaud Frantzen: "Whisky is the fertilization of a cereal distillate by oak wood intensely impregnated with the flavors of great wines."
