

Jacoulot apricot liqueur Jéroboam
This unique liqueur is made from two carefully selected varieties of apricots: Bergeron and Sefora. The Sefora apricots bring a distinctive tangy note, while the Bergeron variety, sweeter and softer, offers a subtle sweetness.
To extract all the essence of these fruits, each variety is macerated independently for several months. Then, a distillation is carried out on a portion of the macerate, revealing the aromatic richness of the apricots.
The fruit pulp gives the liqueur a rich and velvety texture, while the kernels release delicate almond scents, adding a complex and pleasant dimension to the whole.

In a Cocktail: In a shaker, mix 2cl of Jacoulot Apricot Liqueur, 1cl of Fine de Bourgogne "Authentic" aged 7 years, and 3cl of freshly squeezed orange juice. Top off the mix with Crémant de Bourgogne for a refreshing and elegant experience.
